Mimi is an 11lb.,  13 yr. old female toy poodle.  She is blind in one eye and has a cataract in the other.  She was very neglected and had been living outside during the day since last April.  Somehow the gate to her yard was left open and she wandered out.  A passerby found her near a canal.  Luckily she didn’t fall in.  Her rescuer found her owner who stated that his new wife didn’t like her and banished her to the yard during the day.  He asked if Rainbow could find her a home where she would be loved and be a lap dog.
